The Refuse To Be A Victim seminars offer participants ways to improve their personal safety strategies and various techniques / tactics can be used for avoidance of criminal activity.  In general, the seminars heighten public awareness of what can and should be done to remain safe in various situations / settings.  If you are dedicated and want to make a difference, join the Refuse To Be A Victim instructor cadre.
