Cancellation and Refund Policy
It is our sincere desire to accommodate the individual needs of our customers. Please consider this policy prior to changing or canceling your course registration:
If IDS, LLC cancels or reschedules your class:
You may receive a full refund or full credit towards the rescheduled class or another class.
If you cancel in advance (15 days or more) of your scheduled class:
You may receive a full refund MINUS a $25 processing charge or full credit towards a future class.*
If you cancel or fail to attend 14 days or less before the class date:
No Refund will be given.
Unexpected family emergencies (deaths, births, illness, etc.) are the only reasons to cancel a course without penalty. Each case will be viewed on a case by case basis.
*Students must communicate by email in advance (TO RECEIVE THEIR CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION) with their intent to withdraw from the class will be eligible to be wait listed for a future class based on availability, and apply their paid tuition to that class. Evan@InnovativeDefensiveSolutions.com
IDS, LLC staff reserves the right to refuse service and to remove people from the class due to poor attitude or a lack of courtesy to fellow students as well as gross safety issues.
IDS, LLC feels strongly in a safe, friendly and fun learning environment for everyone.
All Refunds are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.
